12.12.2012 MEETING OF THE PROJECT PARTNERS-ACTIVITIES, ADMINISTRATIVE PROBLEMS


The main aim is a coordinated, timely and effective implementation of the project and coordination relationships within the project team, represented by the Lead Partner as well as the managing authority. Due to the complexity, high degree of responsibility and scientific research, teaching links with the project implementation the Lead Partner, together with its Project Partners called:

a) THE ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTE: in which each partner shall appoint a delegate in order to supervise the work on the project,

b) TEAM LEADER: acting as a contact person and who is responsible for the working relationships and partnership with the Managing Authority and the Joint Technical Secretariat.


*Partners participating and their role:*

- Lead Partner-LP: coordination and monitoring of the project, chairmanship of the Management Board, coordinating work packages-WP, reporting to the Governing Board, solving critical situations and website management,
- Project Partners-PP: partecipate in the overall management of the project implementation activities, cooperation with Lead Partner, representation on the Management Board, reporting to the Lead partner.


*Expected outputs and results:*

- Timely and accurate reporting to the Management Board, the completion of the activities of WP on schedule and with estimated costs, achieve goals, resolve any disputes and / or critical situations.
